About Us
We support behavior analysts across the full continuum of practice—from certification to advanced clinical decision making.
For those preparing for the BCBA exam, our work focuses on helping you move beyond “studying harder” and toward studying with precision. Most candidates do not struggle because they lack exposure to the material—they struggle because they cannot consistently discriminate what a question is asking, apply decision rules under pressure, or learn from errors in a structured way. Our exam preparation is designed to build those skills directly.
Using principles of behavior analysis, adult learning, and data-based decision making, we provide preparation that is mastery-based, structured, and practical. Each learner follows a clear plan that specifies what to do between sessions—what to read, what to practice, how to review, and how to correct errors so they do not repeat.
Sessions are intentionally focused and structured. We emphasize:
— Applying the BACB Test Content Outline (6th ed.) to real scenarios
— Building test-ready discrimination and response fluency
— Tracking progress with clear, objective benchmarks
For candidates who are motivated, short on time, and ready for a more effective approach, this work turns studying into measurable progress.
At the same time, we work with ABA organizations, clinical leaders, and practicing BCBAs to address a different—but related—challenge.
Across settings, I have observed a consistent pattern: many teams understand what the literature says, but translating that knowledge into effective, sustainable clinical practice is where systems often break down.
Consultation is focused on helping organizations and clinicians:
— Navigate complex or treatment-resistant cases
— Strengthen supervision and clinical decision-making systems
— Improve consistency and treatment integrity across staff
— Reduce burnout by increasing clarity and support
— Apply research in ways that are practical and sustainable
This work is designed to improve clinical clarity, decision quality, and outcomes—without adding unnecessary layers or unrealistic expectations.
Together, these services reflect a single goal:
To help behavior analysts move from knowing to doing—with precision, consistency, and confidence.
